I would distribute them to educational institutions across the country, and perhaps the world. Knowledge is power and reinterpreting something so foundational to U.S. History (in an aesthetically pleasing way is a huge bonus) is proof that the American dream and ideals still lives on.

Learn it and then have a conversation about it someone unfamiliar with it.

Make sure local libraries (here uptown in NYC) have them.  Additionally make sure young people are able to partake in understanding how this imperfect document has helped move us forward into a better future.

Read it, commit parts to memory so I can better debate

Direct mail copies to underrepresented people with a commitment to uphold or fight for the rights and privileges described in it. Might be an interesting campaign tool for a candidate running for office.

Drop it from an airplane over the republican national convention

Mail it to local leaders along with a note explaining why it matters to them in their current role.

Sprinkle them throughout towns across the U.S. Leaving them on park benches, window sills, hanging from trees. Let people find them.

Read it. Research its original purpose. Determine what is and isn't applicable in 2020.

Write over it new laws for current times! 

Hand them out to people with a note asking for them to highlight what they think is most important and then compile the info to share out and learn from it so we can all move forward in a positive healthy way.

1 copy is like 100-150 g of paper? That would make it over one ton of wastepaper. With current prices, that gives me around 200 PLN for petty expenses. The constitution is still available online.

Political figures will be covered in the constitution-of how they’re overriding it. Slavery-prison, discrimination, environmental degradation all represented with the hypocrisy written all over it. Also amendments-sufferage and 45 years later black women's right to vote.
